and the search continues...

Since our last experience, Stephen and I have continued the house hunting process and it has been mostly fun- looking around at what is out there- last night we visited a great stone cottage in Montville that we fell in love with instantly- it has so much character. It makes me glad that we didn't throw ourselves into that West Milford lake house in April because we would have been sorry!! This one is a cape style, 3 bed-possibly 4 because the loft upstairs could be converted into 2- and 2 baths. Among all the best features, one big thing for me is that our children can attend the Montville schools- Stephen went to Montville High school and we know the school system is great. The price is totally right and coming down as well, and the seller (a divorced woman who bought this house with her ex husband) wants to sell so she can start her new life in South Carolina.

We are in the process of inspection / making an offer at the moment so we will see- keeping fingers crossed that realtors don't get greedy!


Calligraphy is going great- it has been a busy spring and summer with weddings and has picked up so much thanks to the website. A new client came to see me on Thursday and brought her event planner, so hopefully more business will come from that...

Tomorrow it's off to watch Italy cream France in the World Cup!!! :)
